We have all the necessary state-of- the- art infrastructural facilities that ensure sufficient capacity to sustain the growing business needs, and enable us to deliver high quality solutions to our clients.

General Facilities/Infrastructure
  • Our office is developed on a 15000 sq.ft. plot and a three storied building. It can accommodate 500 workstations and can also be upgraded if a capacity ramp-up is required.
  • Fully equipped cafeteria and recreational facilities for staff.
  • Well-equipped office furniture and fittings.
  • Robust fire prevention system in place.
  • We have corporate intranet and secured server room.

  • Servers over LAN / WAN. Our Live servers in USA data center for hosting applications and remote data transfer.
  • BDCAN Group have incessant Power supply with backup facilities 24/7/365 Power Availability (300KVA Diesel Power Generator,& UPS) and all network connections have redundant ports as standby.
  • Adequate Data Backup with CD Writer, Zip Drives etc.

Communication at BDCAN Group
  • OOur dedicated Internet connectivity is maintained on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis with high speed connection and wireless internet for redundancy.
  • Dial up connection as backup for Internet.
  • All incoming and outgoing communications are scanned for viruses and our virus definition database is automatically updated every day.
  • We have video conferencing facility for interaction of our team with our clients internationally.
  • Capable of expanding to multiple database-server and multiple data /document.
  • 24/7/365 availability of dedicated lines to provide customer support through telephones, VOIP, web chat and emails.
  • Modem, Routers and all necessary facilities are on hand.
  • We have remote backup facilities with servers located in Australia, Canada, the U.K. and United States. The backup is restored on an offline Exchange server for high availability.
